ADDITIONAL SALARY INFORMATION:
FCC Lompoc, CA - A 24% recruitment incentive may be paid to selectee(s) who meet the criteria.

USP Atwater, FCI Herlong, and FCI Mendota, CA - A 17% Recruitment Incentive will be paid to selectee(s) who meets the criteria for Recruitment Bonuses.

FCI Dublin, and FCC Victorville, CA - A 15% Recruitment Incentive will be paid to selectee(s) who meets the criteria for Recruitment Bonuses.

Upon completion of the Recruitment Service Agreement, Retention Incentives may be initiated.

FDC Honolulu, HI - A 11.32% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) is authorized for this location.

MDC Guaynabo, PR - A 3.66% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) is authorized for this location.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical care provided at the institution, including reviewing applications and credentials for membership to the medical staff; interviewing prospective physicians and mid-level providers; implementing and monitoring in-house Continuing Professional Education (CPE) training; maintaining the quality of health records; supervising Physicians (if applicable), and evaluating patient care through an ongoing quality assurance program that identifies problems and their resolution.

As the licensed provider, the incumbent provides clinical oversight and is responsible for all health care delivered. It is the incumbent's responsibility to consult with other health care providers to provide training and mentoring and to be directly involved with the evaluation and treatment of severely ill and medically complex patient care problems.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staffs correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.
